	InterWest PPO Network - Providers in the PPO Network have direct contracts with InterWest. Providers in this network are available to plans that have access to the InterWest PPO Network. To locate providers in Montana, Idaho, Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming:

	InterWest Supplemental Network - InterWest has entered into a partnership with First Choice of the Midwest to provide enrollees enhanced network capability in North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. This network is not available to all plans. In order to determine whether or not your plan has access to the Supplemental Network, you will need to refer to your ID card to see if it contains the First Choice of the Midwest logo. To locate providers in the Supplemental Network in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wyoming:
